Terms of service.

Welcome to Peel Graphics! Before I begin your project, please carefully review the terms and agreements. By proceeding with my services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Deposit & Payment

    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure the project. Work will not begin until the deposit is received. 

    • The remaining 50% is due upon final project approval before delivery of the completed files.

    • If the project total changes due to additional revisions or requests, the final payment will be adjusted accordingly and due before file delivery.

    • If paying through Squarespace, a processing fee will be applied to the final invoice to cover transaction costs. This fee will be disclosed at the time of invoicing and added to the amount due. Payments made directly through my other listed payment methods will not incur this fee.

  2. Project & Turnaround Time

    Standard projects have a 1-week turnaround time from the start date, provided that all necessary information and materials are submitted by the client on time.

      • The start date begins upon receipt of the deposit and all required project details (e.g., text images, and branding assets).

  3. Rush Services

      • Rush services are available depending on the complexity of the project and the Designer’s current workload. Rush service fees are additional to the project price and will be included in the final invoice.

      • If you require expedited services, rush fees will apply: 

        • Next-Day Fee $50

        • Same-Day Fee $100

  4. Revisions

    • All projects include up to two rounds of revisions

    • Any additional revisions outside of the two included rounds will be charged at $35 per hour

  5. Delivery Formats

    • Upon final payment, your project will be delivered in the following file formats, unless otherwise specified:

      • Print-Ready Files: PDF, PNG, or JPG

      • Digital Use Files: Web-optimized JPEG or PNG

      • Source Files: Upon request, editable source files (e.g., PSD, AI, or EPS) may be provided for an additional fee.

    • Please inform me of your preferred file formats prior to the project’s completion.

  6. Payment Methods

    • I accept the following payment methods:

      • PayPal: Payments can be sent to britneyanderson9@yahoo.com

      • Bank Transfer: Available upon request.

      • CashApp/Venmo/Zelle:

      • Squarespace: Payments can be made directly through the invoice link. A processing fee will be applied.

    • All payments must be completed in full before final project delivery. No files will be released until the final payment is received.

  7. Cancellation Policy

    • If the client wishes to cancel the project after work has begun, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional work completed beyond the deposit will be billed accordingly.

    • If the Designer needs to cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded, and the work completed up until cancellation will be provided to the client.

  8. Client Responsibilities

    • The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials (e.g., images, and text branding assets) on time to ensure the project remains on schedule. Delays in providing these materials may result in a deadline extension.

    • The client agrees to review and approve all final designs before delivery. Once the project is approved, no further changes can be made without additional charges.

  9. Ownership & Copyright

    • Upon full payment, the client will receive the right to use the final design for its intended purpose. However, the Designer retains the copyright to all original designs and concepts, including unused drafts.

    • The Designer reserves the right to display the final designs in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

  10. Liability

    • The Designer is not responsible for any printing errors or damages once final files have been delivered. The client assumes responsibility for reviewing and approving final proofs before printing or publishing.

  11. Confidentiality 

    • All client information and project details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

  12. Governing Law

    • This agreement is governed by the laws of Massachusetts, any legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.

      By proceeding with a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
